I cannot sign in

  1. Check that you are using the Google account you created your workspace with.
  2. Try refreshing the page or signing in again.
  3. If the problem persists, write to us at support@chyll.ai.

An app will not connect

When connecting an app, an authorization window opens. Check that you completed it all the way through, and that you are signed in to the right account on the app's side (Gmail, Notion, etc.). You can always disconnect and then reconnect the app from the Connections screen.

chyll is not doing what I expect

First check that the relevant app is connected (a prospect tracker plugged into your CRM needs the CRM). Then rephrase your request with more context: chyll prefers asking a question over guessing, but a clear brief is always faster.

Voice is not working

Check that your browser has permission to use the microphone for chyll (a prompt appears on first use). If you declined it, you can re-enable it in your browser settings, then refresh the page.

An automation is not running

Reminder: a newly created automation arrives paused. Check that it is turned on, and that the apps it needs are connected. Every run appears in your activity feed: if the feed is empty, it has not run yet.

You want to start over from scratch

You can delete your workspace from your settings: this erases all your chyll data. Remember to export what you want to keep first, the operation is permanent.
