Terms of use

These terms of use and sale (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the chyll service (the "Service"), published by GENERATIVSCHOOL SAS. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms without reservation.

chyll is an online (SaaS) artificial-intelligence service that executes professional tasks (emails, follow-ups, content, calendar, invoicing, prospecting, etc.) by connecting to the user's tools, under the user's control. The Service is provided "as is" and evolves continuously.

Access to the Service currently opens in invitation waves, from the waitlist. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the confidentiality of your credentials, and for any activity carried out from your account. The Service is reserved for professionals and adults.

The Service is offered by subscription. Usage is measured in credits, under the conditions communicated at subscription time. Prices are in euros, all taxes included. Payments are processed by our provider Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from your workspace, taking effect at the end of the current period. Unless required by mandatory law, amounts paid are non-refundable.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and fairly. It is strictly forbidden to use the Service for:

• any illegal or fraudulent activity, or activity infringing third-party rights;
• sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, phishing or scams;
• distributing hateful, defamatory, violent or harassing content, or sexual content involving minors;
• creating malware, intruding into or attacking computer systems;
• disinformation, identity theft or deceptive manipulation;
• collecting or processing personal data in violation of applicable regulations (GDPR);
• any use contrary to the terms of the third-party tools you connect.

Any breach may lead to the immediate suspension or termination of your account, without refund, and where applicable a report to the competent authorities.

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy policy. Your data is hosted within the European Union and is neither sold nor used to train AI models. You remain responsible for the processing you carry out through the Service.

chyll and all of its components remain the exclusive property of GENERATIVSCHOOL SAS. You retain ownership of the content you provide and of the results produced on your behalf, in compliance with these Terms.

We strive to ensure the availability and reliability of the Service without being able to guarantee it without interruption. Artificial intelligence can make mistakes; the Service is designed to submit sensitive actions to your approval, and you remain responsible for that approval. To the extent permitted by law, the liability of GENERATIVSCHOOL SAS is limited to the amount paid over the last twelve months.

You can cancel at any time from your workspace. We may suspend or terminate your access in the event of a breach of these Terms, in particular of the "Acceptable use" section.

We may update these Terms. In the event of a substantial change, you will be informed. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of GENERATIVSCHOOL SAS, subject to mandatory consumer rules. This English version is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.
