What we collect
When you book a call or contact us through our booking page (powered by Cal.com), we keep the information you enter (name, email, phone, context) for the duration of the conversation and any contract that follows. If you fill in a lead or contact form on the site, we keep those details to reply and qualify your project. You can ask for their deletion at any time.
Analytics
The site uses PostHog, hosted in the European Union, to measure audience and understand page usage. No data resale, no sharing with third-party ad networks beyond the advertising measurement described below.
Advertising measurement (Meta)
To measure the performance of our advertising campaigns, the site uses the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API (server-side). When you submit a form, we may transmit to Meta certain technical data: your IP address, your browser user agent, the Meta cookie identifiers (fbp, fbc) and your email hashed (irreversible SHA-256) so it can never be read in clear. This lets us attribute conversions without sharing your email in clear. You can object to this measurement at any time by writing to us.
Hosting & server logs
Vercel, our host, keeps anonymized access logs (IP address, user agent) for a limited time for security and performance purposes. Application data is hosted by Supabase in a European region (Paris).
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you can request access to, rectification or deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@generativschool.com or through our booking form. You will receive a reply within 30 days at most.
Data processed by chyll
When you become a client, the data chyll processes for you (emails, files, connected tools) stays within your perimeter: per-tool permissions, revocable in one click. The list of technical sub-processors is shared in the contract. No hidden sharing, and never any model training on your data.
