You describe your business once
During onboarding, chyll interviews you about your business: what you sell, to whom, your tone, your rules. You answer in your own words, in writing or by voice. That is its business memory: it rereads it before every task, and you never explain things twice.
It is the equivalent of what you would tell a right-hand person on their first day.
What does it contain?
- your business and your offers;
- your target customers (who you sell to);
- your tone and phrasing (formality, signature);
- your operating rules (invoicing, deadlines, instructions);
- what to avoid or never do.
It evolves through conversation
No form to maintain: you edit your company profile by talking with chyll. "From now on, sign my emails differently", "we changed our positioning, here is the new one", and it is taken on board. chyll also learns from your feedback across conversations: what you correct once, it remembers.
Privacy
Your business memory is hosted in the European Union, GDPR compliant. It is neither sold nor used to train models. You can export it at any time.
